Description
TTP223 single touch sensor – Arduino touch sensor
Single touch sensor on TTP223 chip is a touch button module. The module sends a signal when the „TOUCH” button field is touched. When the button is touched, a signal is sent to the output and the LED built into the board lights up.
When touching a marked field on the PCB, the module sends a high state to the SIG pin. By default we have a low state (no touch detected).
Can be used as a physical contact detector, switch, keypad, etc…
Product features
- Low energy consumption.
- LED that indicates when the button is touched.
- Fast response time of about 60ms.
- For use in projects: Arduino, AVR, PIC, etc.
Technical data
- Power supply 2 – 5.5V DC
- Circuit used: TTP223
