Description
Multicolor 8xRGB LED strips WS2812B – for racing drones
There are 8 5050 RGB LEDs (5mm x 5mm) stacked in a row on the strip and there are pre-drilled mounting holes in the board. The whole thing looks aesthetically pleasing and is made very confidently as befits Matek products. We connect the following pins to the belt:
- GND – ground / negative pole
- DIN – input signal
- 5VDC – supplying the board with 5V voltage
- DOUT – signal output to the next board
RGB LEDs make it possible for the strip to emit a wide palette of eye-pleasing colors. Control over the diodes is provided by a signal circuit, which can control the operation of each diode separately, which allows for nice visual effects. They are suitable not only for boarding a drone, where by changing the color and blinking frequency they inform the pilot about, for example, low battery level, or in which direction the drone is turned.
Product features and specifications
- The diodes shine with a very bright light
- Strips can be connected in series and then controlled with a single controller
- The connection poles are important (reverse connection will burn out the LEDs)
- Power supply voltage: 5V (4~7V)
- Plate dimensions: 57x10mm
- Works with Naze32, Skyline32, SPRacingF3, etc. from CleanFlight. For use also in, for example, arduino projects.
Included
- LED strip with LEDs (The color of the plate may vary. White or black)
