Description
FT232 Converter – FTDI USB/TTL Clone – 5V/3.3V – UART – to Arduino
USB to FTDI converter board.
The converter makes it possible to program microcontroller boards and, for example, MultiWii boards that do not have a USB connector on their board, but only RS232.
Product features
- Ideal module for connecting computer to microcontroller. uSB-UART (RS232 TTL) converter, based on the FTDI FT232RL chip.
- The module has CTS, RX, TX, DTR leads and power supply VCC, GND.
- Thanks to the built-in stabilizer, we have the possibility to choose, using a jumper, the supply voltage of the programmed circuit (5V or 3.3V).
- NOTES:
- Download drivers from the sites described below
- Proper connection to the motherboard is very important – any other connection may damage the board electronics or FTDI.
- Voltage set to 5V by default – can be changed by changing the pin jumper to 3.3V
Technical data
