V-SLOT mounting plate – 2020 aluminum profile carriage – for 3D printers

V-SLOT mounting plate with four rollers. The 2020 aluminum profile carriage can be used in the construction of 3D printers, milling machines, CNC or even a camera slider. The plate has two eccentric screws with which you can adjust the pressure of the rollers on the profile.

The guide wheel consists of 625ZZ bearing and nylon material, which has high wear resistance.

V-SLOT fastening plate is a universal fastener that fits well into the groove in our 2020 aluminum profile, which has a specific groove on 4 sides so you can create a structure that allows linear movement.

V-SLOT fastening plate are useful for construction:

Note. Some of our profiles are not in V-SLOT standard (depending on delivery) by which the carriage enters only after loosening the screws and the plate is slightly bent, we recommend replacing two rollers for 15305
